I am terrified of needles and my veins are really hard to find. Last week, for the first time in years I had a blood test and I didn't get dizzy, I didn't cry and I didn't try to make an excuse and run away. This was all thanks to the fantastic nurse who looked after me. I was so grateful I had to give her a hug.

I booked for a same day flu jab Everybody was extremely helpful I was seen immediately at6 the time I had booked for! The Practice Nurse was excellent

I think it must be one of the best-run GP surgeries in town - lots of the clinicians with Private Practices in nearby Harley Street use it as their GP, so that tells you all you need to know!

Saw the reception staff who were very efficient and helpful. And had appointment with Nelly the nurse who was again very helpful and efficient - exemplary experience at this practice but sometimes one has to wait to long for an appointment. But this is probably due to it being a very busy practice. Seeing one of the Doctors tomorrow so will see how that goes.

Although I prefer to and usually try to see the same Dr., I had sometimes to see whomever was available at the time. My experience is that all the doctors I have seen at our clinic are well qualified, attentive and most helpful. I found that they listen well and try to involve the patient in the decisions to be taken regarding the treatment of one's complaint. I also found both the Nurses and the Reception staff being most kind and helpful. The one issue that, in my view, needs to be addressed is to find a way to reduce the waiting time for a face-to-face appointment.
